Closed-loop operating intelligence for behavioral healthcare

Turn fragmented signals into accountable action.

PraxisOne is the closed-loop operating intelligence platform for behavioral healthcare — connecting fragmented clinical and operational signals to prioritized action, accountable workflow completion, and auditable evidence.

Your Electronic Medical Record is the system of record. PraxisOne makes the information within and around it actionable in the moment.

  • Built by behavioral health operators and clinicians
  • AI-enabled and human-governed
  • Designed for existing clinical workflows
  • Enterprise security and governance from inception

The Problem

People shouldn't have to be the integration layer.

Behavioral health teams are forced to reconcile information across the Electronic Medical Record, incident systems, observation tools, staffing processes, handoffs, policies, and manual communication. Critical signals may exist — but no single operating layer determines what matters now, what must happen next, who owns it, and whether the workflow closed.

Our Focus

Built first for inpatient and high-acuity behavioral healthcare — where fragmented information, time-sensitive decisions, and incomplete follow-through create the greatest operational risk. Designed to extend across the continuum.

During each shift

During each shift, Haleux evaluates relevant signals — such as observation exceptions, changes in documented risk, incidents, pending orders, vital or laboratory abnormalities, and documentation gaps. It identifies what requires review, surfaces the next policy-defined action for authorized review, assigns ownership and timing, supports escalation, and preserves evidence of closure.

Why Now

The pressure on behavioral health has never been higher.

Four forces are converging — and the teams that get ahead of them will define the next decade of care.

Stretched teams

Overloaded clinical teams and high turnover keep draining institutional knowledge.

Rising safety scrutiny

Seclusion, restraint, and adverse-event practices face growing regulatory and public scrutiny.

Survey & liability pressure

CMS requirements, Joint Commission and CARF accreditation standards, and rising liability exposure increase the cost of incomplete workflows.

Outcome-based reimbursement

Payers increasingly tie dollars to outcomes and complete, well-documented care.

The information to get ahead of all of this already exists — scattered across systems. PraxisOne makes it actionable, now.

The Haleux Platform

Prediction is a capability. Closed-loop execution is the product.

A dashboard shows the signal. Haleux helps close the workflow.

Continuous operational visibility for the teams responsible for care.

Haleux operates continuously in the background, helping care teams identify priority workflows, coordinate follow-through, and preserve evidence of completion.

  1. Signals
  2. Action
  3. Governance

Signals become action. Action becomes accountable governance — the closed loop designed to support safer care and stronger performance.

One Platform, Two Experiences

One platform. Two connected experiences.

Haleux Care is the core — supporting frontline clinical and workflow execution. Haleux Assure extends it, giving clinical, quality, risk, and executive leaders enterprise visibility into workflow closure, exceptions, escalation, and evidence.

How Haleux Works

From data to evidence — a continuous loop.

  1. Data

Connect relevant clinical and operational signals.

  2. Context

Understand the patient and workflow around those signals.

  3. Risk

Identify meaningful changes, gaps, and exceptions.

  4. Action

Support ownership, follow-up, and appropriate escalation.

  5. Evidence

Create an auditable trail from signal through resolution.

Data
Connects approved clinical, operational, and workflow signals.
Context
Organizes those signals around the patient, setting, policy, and current workflow.
Risk
Prioritizes what may require review or escalation.
Action
Identifies the required next step, owner, timing, and escalation path.
Evidence
Preserves completion, exception, and escalation history for clinical and operational review.

Beyond dashboards. Toward action.

Seeing risk isn't enough. The question is what happens next.

Existing systems record events, report trends, or address individual workflow components. PraxisOne connects detection, prioritization, accountable action, and evidence of completion in one closed-loop operating model.

The Electronic Medical Record is essential as the system of record. PraxisOne is the operating intelligence layer that helps transform information into coordinated action.

From signal to resolution.

Every critical workflow has a state — and PraxisOne is designed to understand all of it.

  • Risk state
  • Required action
  • Owner
  • Due time
  • Completion status
  • Escalation pathway
  • Evidence

Fits the systems you already use.

Haleux works with your existing Electronic Medical Record and is single sign-on (SSO) enabled. It draws directly from the systems your teams already use and connects them into one operating view. Haleux is designed to minimize new workflow burden and duplicate data entry by drawing from the systems and information already in use.

From there, Haleux ingests relevant clinical, operational, and workflow data according to each organization's approved architecture — labs, vitals, observation rounds, histories and physicals, psychiatric evaluations, nursing assessments, and clinical assessments — along with other approved sources in the Electronic Medical Record. Structured or unstructured, Haleux integrates approved data, analyzes it, and deploys it as actionable insight through the product.

Designed to work with the systems you already have.

We don't promise outcomes. We change the conditions that create them.

Haleux is built to ease the daily burden of ensuring every patient receives the care they deserve. As proactive care becomes the everyday habit, our team's 75 years of combined leadership experience in behavioral health tells us what tends to follow:

A lighter day, and stronger retention.

When teams can deliver great care without fighting their tools, the work gets more sustainable — supporting improved employee retention.

Safety and liability exposure.

PraxisOne is designed to support earlier recognition, more reliable follow-through, and stronger evidence — factors organizations use to manage safety and liability exposure.

Better patient experiences.

Timely, consistent care helps teams improve the patient experience and address sources of dissatisfaction and complaints earlier.

Potential enterprise impact

By improving recognition, follow-through, escalation, and evidence, PraxisOne may help organizations influence staff burden, operational cost, treatment completion, reimbursement performance, and liability exposure. These outcomes depend on implementation, clinical operations, and organizational context.

Outcomes vary by organization and are not guaranteed; the above reflects expected directional benefits based on our team's experience.

Value Creation

Where safety meets sustainability.

Better care and stronger financial performance stop being a trade-off and become the same result. As proactive care compounds, one improvement powers the next — a flywheel that turns safer patients into a healthier organization.

Illustrative — conceptual trends, not client results
